About the Role: Sora Recruitment is seeking an experienced Flat Roofer on behalf of a leading Bristol-based building contractor. This is a permanent, full-time position offering long-term stability, competitive pay and a company van. The successful candidate will work on a range of commercial and maintenance roofing projects across the South West region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, repair and maintain flat roofing systems including single-ply, torch-on felt and liquid-applied membranes.
- Inspect existing roofs, identify defects and complete remedial works to a high standard.
- Work to specifications and drawings to deliver quality and compliant installations.
- Ensure all work is carried out safely and efficiently in line with site health & safety policies.
- Maintain company vehicle, tools and equipment to a professional standard.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Flat Roofer in commercial or maintenance settings.
- Skilled in a range of flat-roofing systems and materials.
- CSCS card and working at height training preferred.
- Full UK driving licence required.
- Reliable, self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
