Our client is looking for an experienced and hands-on Working Carpenter Supervisor to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys leading from the front, working on the tools, and progressing long term within a well-established construction business.
The role will involve supervising and delivering a variety of internal fit-out and refurbishment projects across sectors including retail, hospitals, care homes and schools.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Strong experience in 1st & 2nd fix carpentry
- Background in internal fit-out projects
- Experience with pitched and flat roofing
- Previous supervisory experience on projects up to £200k
- Excellent leadership and organisational skills
- A flexible approach and willingness to work away when required

- CSCS Card
- 3-Day First Aid
- Asbestos Awareness
- DBS Check
Location of Works:
- Projects are mainly based across Cardiff, Newport, Swansea
- There may also be occasional works in the Midlands, London and South West areas.
Package:
- £26–£28 per hour
