We are passionate about delivering exceptional food and service and are looking for an experienced Sushi Chef to join our growing team.
About the Role As Sushi Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality sushi and Japanese-inspired dishes while maintaining the highest standard of food quality, hygiene and consistency.
Working closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team, you will plan an important role in delivering an outstanding guest experience.
Your role in our
Family: Prepare and present sushi, sashimi, nigiri, maki rolls and other Japanese dishes to a consistently high standard.
Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored and prepared in accordance with company standards.
