Your role in our family

  • Greet guests and open doors for arriving and departing guests with a warm, friendly welcome
  • Keep the forecourt, entrance and lobby areas tidy and presentable at all times
  • Assist guests with luggage and offer directions and information about the hotel
  • Park, retrieve and safely manoeuvre guest vehicles with care, keeping keys secure at all times
  • Arrange taxis for guests and visitors and help with any transport needs
  • Respond to guest queries and requests, resolving complaints promptly and following up where needed
  • Cover night shifts on occasion and support the wider Front Office team as required

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a similar front of house or guest-facing role, ideally within a luxury hotel
  • A full, valid driving licence for parking and retrieving guest vehicles
  • Excellent guest service skills with a warm, courteous and professional manner
  • Ability to stay calm and attentive, even during busy periods
  • Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, bank holidays and occasional nights
  • Good knowledge of the hotel's facilities and local area to assist guests confidently
