About the Position
1 Full‑Time Position (40 hours) – Salary up to £25,792 per annum plus service charge. Plus, casual positions (zero‑hour contracts)
- 21 years and older: £12.21 per hour
- 18 to 20 years old: £10.50 per hour
- 16 to 17 years old: £8.00 per hour
Please note shifts range between 06:00 am and 23:30 pm, and weekend availability is required.

Your role in our family:
- Deliver excellent standards of service in a friendly and professional manner to our guests.
- Proactively welcoming and greeting all guests and visitors.
- Seat guests, offering them menus, drinks and providing explanations of the menu when required.
- Deal efficiently and courteously with all guest queries.
- Excellent knowledge of restaurant food and wine menus to be able to offer guidance and make recommendations.

- Previous experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel or similar high‑quality dining environment.
- Knowledge of pan‑Asian cuisine or Afternoon Tea service is highly desirable.
