Sopwell House in Hertfordshire, a luxury Georgian country house hotel, is looking for a Brasserie Supervisor for a full-time 45-hour week. You’ll lead daily dining operations, mentor the Brasserie team, and ensure every guest interaction is memorable, delivering service with warmth, pride and purpose.
In this hands-on role you’ll assist the Restaurant Manager, supervise training, manage schedules and budgets, drive sales, and maintain cash handling, stock control and security.
