Full-Time Position (40 hours) - £25,****** per annum plus service charge. Shifts are based around the Brasserie’s hours (6:00 AM – 10:30 PM).

We’re currently looking for a passionate Bartender to join our dedicated Brasserie Conservatory Bar team.
Your role in our family:
- Deliver exceptional, friendly, and professional service to all guests.
- Craft and serve high-quality drinks, including cocktails, wines, and spirits.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar at all times.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations to guests on beverages.
- Uphold Sopwell House’s standards of luxury and hospitality.
- Work closely with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service.
- Help create a warm, welcoming, and memorable atmosphere.
- Take pride in presentation and attention to detail in every aspect of your role.
- Support your colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Be available for evening and weekend shifts as required.

- Previous experience in Food Beverage service, ideally in hospitality or a luxury setting.
- Strong barista and bartending skills — essential for this role.
