We’re proud to be a place where exceptional service is delivered with warmth, pride and purpose. We’re currently looking for passionate individuals to join our dedicated Spa Reception team.
Your role in our family:
- As a Spa Receptionist you will become part of a dedicated team that engages with our guests throughout their experience with us.
- To provide our guests with first class hospitality, providing advice and guidance on treatments, retail products and fitness classes; making bookings and supporting the Spa Therapists in providing a truly luxurious experience.
- Provide information on hotel services and most importantly, make our guests feel welcome and help them unwind.
- Ensure Spa charges are processed diligently to guests’ accounts, invoices are accurate and all guest transactions are fulfilled in a very timely manner.
What would make you the perfect fit?
- A natural flair for service with an elegant, professional demeanour and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional, luxury-level experiences.
- Previous experience in a similar role, such as front desk or receptionist positions, within a high-end or customer-focused environment.
- Outstanding communication skills, with fluency in English and the ability to engage confidently and warmly with guests and colleagues.
- Flexible availability, working 8.5 hour shifts (including weekends and bank holidays), with shift times scheduled between 6:00 am and 10:30 pm.
