Your role in our family:
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across all Spa, Pool, and Fitness areas.
- Regularly check and replenish towels, amenities, and refreshments in guest areas.
- Ensure pool and spa facilities are operating safely
- Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, offering assistance and directions as needed.
- Monitor guest activity to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, ensuring the facility is ready for guests each day.
- Respond promptly to guest requests to deliver a seamless and memorable experience.
What would make you the perfect fit?
- Previous experience in a cleaning, housekeeping, or similar role, with a strong eye for detail.
- A good level of English, both written and spoken, to communicate confidently with guests and colleagues.
- A naturally approachable and friendly manner – you enjoy helping others and creating a welcoming environment.
- A true team player attitude, supporting and uplifting those around you.
- The ability to work flexibly, with shifts scheduled between 6:00 am and 10:30 pm.
