Reservations Agent

Full-Time Position (40 hours per week) – Work schedule varies, with shifts typically scheduled between 8:30 am and 6:00 pm.

We're looking for a enthusiastic Reservations Agent to become part of our Reservations team, delivering exceptional guest experiences every day.

Your Role in Our Family:

• Answering internal and external calls in a friendly, professional and efficient manner.
• Processing and confirming guest reservations for all hotel services, including bedrooms, dining outlets, and spa appointments.
• Ensuring all guest bookings receive prompt same-day confirmation or cancellation correspondence.
• Handling guest inquiries via phone, letter, or email with accuracy, care, and attention to detail.
• Assisting guests with special requests to ensure a seamless and personalised booking experience.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all hotel services, promotions, and events to confidently upsell and maximise revenue opportunities.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest satisfaction throughout the hotel.

What would make you the perfect fit?

• Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in both written and spoken English.
• Previous experience in a hotel environment, preferably within a reservations or front office role.
• Working knowledge of Opera or similar reservation systems is highly advantageous.
• Strong ability to work effectively under pressure, managing multiple tasks while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
