Full-Time Position (40 hours) – Up to £30k per annum plus service charge

Your role in our family:

  • Work with an incredible team who provide our guests with unforgettable cuisine
  • Be responsible for ensuring that all food items are prepared and presented to deliver an excellent guest experience while assisting with food cost controls
  • Prepare and present high-quality dishes
  • Assist in positive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships

What would make you the perfect fit?

  • Diploma or degree from an accredited university in Culinary Arts, Patisserie, or related major; NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Patisserie & Confectionery preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar Pastry Chef de Partie role within a high-end hotel or fine dining environment
  • Solid understanding of excellence in customer service, preferably gained in a 5-star or luxury hospitality setting
  • Strong foundation in classical and modern patisserie techniques
  • Confident with chocolate work, sugar work and fine decoration
  • Skilled in plated desserts, afternoon tea items, breads and petits fours
