Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Omboo Manager to lead our team and ensure seamless day-to-day operations. This hands-on role requires a dynamic and driven individual who can uphold the highest service standards while delivering an outstanding dining experience. You will oversee all aspects of Omboo, including its renowned Pan-Asian dining experience and Afternoon Tea service, inspiring and developing your team to maintain an environment where both guests and staff thrive.

Your Role in Our Family:

  • Oversee the daily operations of Omboo, ensuring exceptional service and efficiency across both the Pan-Asian dining and Afternoon Tea service.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop your team to consistently exceed guest expectations.
  • Ensure all food and beverage policies, procedures, and service standards are strictly adhered to.
  • Champion outstanding customer service, addressing guest needs promptly and professionally.
  • Drive revenue and profitability while maintaining high levels of service and quality.
  • Work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager to monitor budgets, control costs, and optimize efficiency.
  • Manage administrative duties such as scheduling, stock control, and cash handling.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Take a hands-on approach during peak times, assisting the team to maintain seamless operations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to create a cohesive and exceptional guest experience.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for innovation and service enhancement.

What Makes You the Perfect Fit?

  • Management experience within a luxury restaurant.
  • Experience in Asian cuisine and or Afternoon Tea service is desirable however not essential.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Passion for hospitality, exceptional customer service skills, and a guest-first mindset.
  • Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control.
  • Experience using Micros or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
