Full-Time Position (40 hours) – Shifts typically vary between 7:00 am – 5:00 pm. Occasional evening shifts may be required depending on business needs.

We’re proud to be a place where exceptional service is delivered with warmth, pride and purpose. We’re currently looking for a passionate Painter & Decorator to join our dedicated Maintenance team.
Your role in our family:
- Ensure all painting and decorating work is completed to a high standard, following all relevant health and safety guidelines
- Work under the direction of the Maintenance Manager, carrying out daily duties from the defects logbook
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks, ensuring all log sheets and records are kept up to date
- Carry out repairs and project work as required
- Take full responsibility for completing all assigned jobs to a high standard
- Liaise with relevant departments to ensure smooth coordination of works
- Minimise disruption to guests at all times while carrying out duties
- Report any problems or issues to your manager, or to senior management in their absence

- A genuine passion for maintenance, painting & decorating, and delivering high standards of workmanship.
- Previous experience in a Painter & Decorator role, ideally within a hotel, commercial, or high-quality environment.
- Good knowledge of health & safety practices and safe working procedures.
- A proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented approach to work.
- A professional manner with the ability to remain guest-aware and minimise disruption.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing to a close-knit maintenance team.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.
