We’re currently looking for a hardworking Kitchen Porter to join our dedicated kitchen team. Your role in our family:

  • Be an essential part of our kitchen team, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and organisation across all kitchen and back of house areas
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment by washing crockery, cutlery, glassware, kitchen equipment and utensils
  • Ensure cleaning schedules are completed to the highest standards and in line with food safety regulations
  • Remove waste responsibly and keep refuse areas clean, tidy and organised
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team and other hotel departments to support the smooth operation of the hotel
  • Deliver excellent standards while taking pride in maintaining a safe, efficient and welcoming kitchen environment.

  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
  • Previous experience in a kitchen porter or similar role would be advantageous but is not essential, as full training will be provided
  • Reliable, hardworking and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues across the hotel
  • Takes pride in maintaining exceptionally high standards and supporting the wider kitchen team
