We’re looking for a passionate and dynamic Restaurant Supervisor to join the Brasserie family. In this key role, you’ll take the lead in overseeing daily operations, ensuring that every guest enjoys a dining experience that exceeds expectations. Your Role in our Family:
- Assist the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Manager in the smooth day-to-day management.
- Supervise, train, and inspire the Brasserie team to consistently deliver exceptional service.
- Ensure compliance with all food and beverage policies, standards and procedures.
- Lead by example to guarantee guest satisfaction, ensuring each visit to the Brasserie is memorable.
- Coordinate and direct the team to provide seamless, attentive customer service.
- Drive sales, enhance profitability, and elevate the overall guest experience.
- Assist in managing departmental budgets, staff schedules, and administrative tasks.
- Maintain rigorous standards in cash handling, stock control, and security procedures.
