Fitness Instructor

32 hour Position – £20,317.44 per annum – Commission available on personal training sessions delivered

Standard shift hours are scheduled between 6:00 AM and 7:30 PM. However, flexibility is expected in order to accommodate the operational needs of the business and specific guest requests.

Your role in our family:

• Maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and service standards of fitness areas
• Monitor client attendance, equipment use, and support daily gym operations
• Handle bookings, schedules, and admin for all fitness activities and programs
• Conduct fitness inductions, evaluations, and support guest journeys
• Deliver training programs tailored to individual needs and goals
• Motivate and guide members on the gym floor; lead small group classes
• Provide expert advice on exercise, equipment use, and injury prevention
• Cover fitness classes when needed and manage instructor schedules
• Deliver personal training sessions, develop your PT client base, and maintain records
• Ensure all tasks meet the high service standards set by the Fitness Manager
