  • Shifts are between 6.00am and 11.30pm

We’re looking for a passionate and dynamic Restaurant Supervisorto join the Brasserie family.

In this key role, you’ll take the lead in overseeing daily operations, ensuring that every guest enjoys a dining experience that exceeds expectations.

Your Role in our Family

  • Assist the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Manager in the smooth day-to-day management
  • Supervise, train, and inspire the Brasserie team to consistently deliver exceptional service.
  • Ensure compliance with all food and beverage policies, standards and procedures
  • Lead by example to guarantee guest satisfaction, ensuring each visit to the Brasserie is memorable.
  • Coordinate and direct the team to provide seamless, attentive customer service.
  • Drive sales, enhance profitability, and elevate the overall guest experience.
  • Assist in managing departmental budgets, staff schedules, and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain rigorous standards in cash handling, stock control, and security procedures.

  • Previous experience in a brasserie, restaurant or bar supervisory role
  • Strong food & beverage product knowledge
  • Confidence using POS systems, including management and reporting functions
  • Excellent leadership and organisational skills
  • A guest-focused, hands-on approach with a positive attitude
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
