Full-Time Position (40 hours) â Up to ÂŁ30k per annum plus service charge

Your role in our family:
- Work with an incredible team who provide our guests with unforgettable cuisine
- Be responsible for ensuring that all food items are prepared and presented to deliver an excellent guest experience while assisting with food cost controls
- Prepare and present high-quality dishes
- Assist in positive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships

What would make you the perfect fit?
- Diploma or degree from an accredited university in Culinary Arts or related major; NVQ Level 2 or 3 in professional cookery is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 2 yearsâ experience in a similar Chef de Partie role within a high-end hotel or fine dining environment
- Solid understanding of excellence in customer service, preferably gained in a 5-star or luxury hospitality setting
- Strong understanding of large-scale food production with an emphasis on quality, consistency, and timing.
- Experience working in high-volume functions such as weddings, corporate events and gala dinners.
- Skilled in batch preparation, plating for high covers, and maintaining precise mise en place under time constraints.
- A positive, team-focused attitude, able to collaborate with both kitchen and service teams to deliver seamless banqueting experiences.
- Passionate about delivering elevated cuisine in a fast-paced, guest-focused and quality-driven environment.
