- What you’ll do
- Design platform abstractions on top of Kubernetes and cloud services
- Build self‑service developer portals (Backstage, Port)
- Define golden paths for service creation, CI/CD and observability
- Treat the platform as a product—discovery, roadmap, adoption metrics
- Partner with security to embed guardrails as code
What you bring
- 5+ years engineering, with platform/IDP experience
- Strong Go or Type Script; comfortable in Python
- Deep Kubernetes, Helm and operator pattern knowledge
- Product mindset—developers as customers
- Nice to have
- Experience with Crossplane, Kube Vela or similar control planes
- Background contributing to Backstage plugins
