- Shape AI and cloud transformation strategies with C suite sponsors
- Structure programs, governance and operating models
- Run executive workshops and steering committees
- Mentor consultants and grow the practice
What you bring
- 8+ years consulting at a top tier firm (MBB, Big 4 strategy, boutique)
- Track record leading enterprise AI or cloud transformations
- Excellent executive communication and structured problem solving
- Comfort with technical depth - you partner with engineers as peers
Nice to have
- Sector depth in financial services, energy or healthcare
- Prior P&L or practice leadership experience
