We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead a secure and complex programme involving five key partners.

This is a hybrid role where you will be required to be on-site 2 days a week in Farnborough, alongside travel to client site in London and Corsham.
What you will be doing:
- Coordinate and lead all aspects of the performance of five key partners, ensuring alignment with programme objectives and standards.
- Make sure software and hardware assets are run efficiently, maintaining audit compliance and coordinating software license renewals.
- Develop and implement supplier performance management strategies, including the creation of Supplier Management Plans and conducting performance reviews.
- Make sure all supply chain activities align with security standards and acquire necessary approvals for processes and changes.
- Lead a team of three professionals, encouraging a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Establish and mature supply chain processes, taking accountability for crafting the future of the platform.
What you’ll bring:
- Expertise in supply chain management within a secure environment, preferably dealing with sensitive or classified products.
- Proven skill in enhancing supplier performance within intricate programs.
- Solid understanding of commercial aspects, including contract management and cost control.
- Experience in leading change within the supply chain function and adapting to evolving requirements.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and security classifications relevant to supply chain operations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team, managing supplier performance and encouraging growth.
- Must be eligible to acquire and maintain Developed Vetting (DV) clearance.
