Job Description

🏢 Hybrid: Minimum of 2 days in the office per week

SBS is looking for a Product Designer to craft intuitive, accessible digital experiences for our web and mobile products.You’llwork closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and QA to turn complex workflows into elegant solutions, ensuring usability and consistency across our design system.

What will the role involve?

• Designing user-centred experiencesfor web and mobile applications, from concept to high-fidelity prototypes.
• Owning Figma workflows, creatingandmaintaining design components, libraries, and tokens for scalable design systems.
• Collaboratingcross-functionallywith Product and Engineering to align designs with business goals and technical feasibility.
• Conducting usability testingand iterating based on feedback to improve user experience.
• Ensuringaccessibility compliance(WCAG) and inclusive design principles.
• Documenting design decisionsand presenting work in design reviews and stakeholder sessions.

Qualifications

What are we looking for?

• 3–5 years in UX/UI or Product Design roles.
• Strong understanding of responsive design and interaction patterns.
• Experience with usability testing and interpreting qualitative/quantitative feedback.
• Familiarity with Agile workflows and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence).

It would be a bonus if you had…

• Experience in financial services or regulated environments.
• Knowledge of design systems and accessibility standards.
• Basic motion design or UX writing skills
