Are you passionate about designing and delivering cutting‑edge Salesforce solutions that make a real impact? We’re looking for a Salesforce Technical Lead to join our team and take ownership of delivering high‑quality, product‑based solutions for our clients. You’ll play a key role in translating business requirements and technical design into robust, scalable Salesforce solutions while supporting others in the team. This is an exciting opportunity to work across complex enterprise environments, collaborating with clients and colleagues to deliver innovation through Salesforce technologies.
The role requires travel to either our London or Leeds office based on client needs, typically 2 – 3 days per week. You can be based in either London or Leeds.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading the design and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions across enterprise projects.
- Translating client requirements into clear technical solutions and deliverables.
- Developing using Apex, Lightning Web Components and integrating with external REST APIs.
- Supporting and mentoring team members to build capability.
- Contributing to pre‑sales activities, including shaping proposals.
- Managing delivery quality, risks and performance within your area of responsibility.
What you’ll bring:
- Strong experience delivering Salesforce solutions in enterprise environments.
- Expertise in Apex, including triggers, controllers and asynchronous processing.
- Experience building Lightning Web Components.
- Strong knowledge of Service Cloud, including case management and knowledge.
- Experience working with secure data models and Salesforce Shield.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications, for example Platform Developer I and II and Service Cloud Consultant.
It would be great if you had:
- Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solution or Salesforce Private Connect.
- Experience working on UK public sector or secure government projects.

Employment Type: Full‑time Permanent.

Security Clearance Level: SC.
Salary: up to £85,000.
Benefits: £5,400 car allowance, 25 days annual leave with the option to buy additional days, private medical, life assurance, pension, and generous flexible benefits fund.
