Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping programmes and projects succeed? We're looking for a Senior PMO (Project Management Office) Analyst to join our growing centralised governance function. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to a diverse portfolio of projects and programmes across Sopra Steria while working alongside experienced project and programme professionals. You'll play a key role in providing governance, assurance and oversight across a wide range of initiatives, ensuring stakeholders have access to accurate, transparent and timely information to support effective decision-making. Joining a collaborative and expanding team, you'll help enable successful delivery across a broad range of programmes and projects while developing your own knowledge and experience within a complex and diverse organisation. What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting programme and project governance activities across a diverse portfolio of projects and programmes.
  • Producing, analysing and maintaining project reporting, management information and governance artefacts.
  • Monitoring and tracking project risks, issues, dependencies, finances and deliverables to support effective decision-making.
  • Maintaining accurate project documentation, trackers and logs in line with governance requirements.
  • Supporting governance boards, stakeholder reviews and assurance activities across projects and programmes.
  • Providing independent oversight and constructive challenge while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

What you'll bring:

  • Experience supporting projects, programmes, governance functions, Project Management Offices or business operations.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records, reporting and project information.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret information and present meaningful insights.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Teams.
  • Confidence to provide constructive challenge and support robust governance and control processes.

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent.

Location: Hybrid, UK with ad hoc travel to Sopra Steria offices as required.

Security Clearance Level: Eligible for Security Check (SC) clearance.

Salary: £34,000 - £45,000.
