We’re looking for a seasoned marketer with significant experience in the Consulting space to play a pivotal role in those plans - establishing NHS SBS as the NHS Consulting partner of choice and driving the achievement of their income-generation, reputation-building and awareness-raising objectives. This is a high visibility, high impact role, and we need someone who can work in an agile and collaborative way with all partner levels, embed a best in class marketing approach, be accountable for delivering measurable impact, and who can help the team recognise the art of the marketing possible. You’ll be part of the Marketing & External Communications team, with a dotted-line to the Consulting Director, and collaborate with various in-house teams and external agencies This will be a part-time role of 22.5 hours per week. We want to give you the autonomy and flexibility you need so will let you define your working pattern. The role will primarily be home based but ideally located within one hour travelling distance to our Salford office for regular meetings. Ad hoc travel across the UK to other sites will be required. What you\'ll be doing: Partner with the Consulting team to develop the go to market plan, positioning and awareness building of Consulting and its service offers in our target markets. Continuously develop the value propositions for our finance, workforce, commercial, automation, change management, and full team, service offers. Lead all aspects of activity across the marketing funnel to improve the volume and relevance of our audiences, and to provide marketing qualified leads to the client facing teams. Report on and evaluate all activity against agreed metrics to demonstrate impact and value and refine activity. Own the development and delivery of marcomms strategies and multi-channel campaign delivery across digital platforms, video, events and print. Develop compelling content for internal and external audiences (including clients and prospective clients, suppliers, consumers, key customers and internal staff). Source, commission, report and use market and customer insights to highlight opportunities to meet client needs via both existing product ranges and product and service development. Engage and build relationships with internal stakeholders and external knowledge sources to create an in-depth understanding of the business, its strategy and products, and the broader market in which the business operates. What you’ll bring: Significant experience in a similar role in a similar Consulting space. Proven experience of developing, delivering and evaluating agile marcomms strategies that have driven growth in a similar Consulting space. Experience of launching new consulting services to market Excellent communication skills (interpersonal, spoken & written). Strong stakeholder management skills, and the presence and personality to engage with, and influence, internal and external stakeholders at all levels. The ability to prioritise between sometimes competing projects, and the project management expertise to deliver successfully against multiple priorities at pace. Demonstrable experience of writing and developing accurate, compelling content for a range of audiences across a variety of channels. Experience of defining and evaluating effectiveness of marcomms activities. Initiative and drive – demonstrable self-motivation and a can-do attitude. Shows a keen attention to detail and unique design perspectives.
