Description du poste

Nous recherchons un leader chevronné pour diriger nos alliances stratégiques et nos partenariats dans la région [Insérer la région]. Ce poste est essentiel pour développer notre écosystème, générer de nouvelles sources de revenus et favoriser l\’innovation grâce à des collaborations à fort impact. Le candidat idéal apportera une connaissance approfondie du secteur, un réseau solide et une capacité avérée à diriger des partenariats complexes et à grande échelle impliquant de multiples parties prenantes.

Principales responsabilités

  • Mettre en Ĺ“uvre la feuille de route stratĂ©gique pour les alliances et les partenariats en accord avec les objectifs commerciaux.
  • Identifier des partenaires potentiels dans tous les secteurs et Ă©valuer les opportunitĂ©s de collaboration.
  • NĂ©gocier et finaliser les accords de partenariat, en veillant Ă  la crĂ©ation de valeur mutuelle.
  • GĂ©rer les relations avec les partenaires, en assurant le suivi des performances, la rĂ©solution des problèmes et l\’amĂ©lioration continue.
  • Collaborer avec les Ă©quipes internes (ventes, marketing, produits, juridique, etc.) pour garantir la mise en Ĺ“uvre rĂ©ussie des partenariats.
  • Surveiller les tendances du marchĂ© et les activitĂ©s des concurrents afin d\’identifier de nouvelles opportunitĂ©s de partenariat.
  • ReprĂ©senter l\’entreprise lors d\’évĂ©nements sectoriels, de confĂ©rences et de rĂ©unions avec les partenaires.
  • MaĂ®trise en commerce, stratĂ©gie ou dans un domaine connexe (MBA prĂ©fĂ©rĂ©).
  • Plus de 10 ans d\’expĂ©rience dans les partenariats stratĂ©giques, les alliances ou le dĂ©veloppement commercial dans le secteur des services financiers.
  • ComprĂ©hension approfondie des Ă©cosystèmes financiers, des environnements rĂ©glementaires et des technologies Ă©mergentes (par exemple, open banking, core banking, paiements numĂ©riques).
  • Bonne comprĂ©hension de la dynamique des marchĂ©s rĂ©gionaux et des nuances culturelles.
  • CompĂ©tences exceptionnelles en matière de leadership, de nĂ©gociation et de gestion des parties prenantes.
  • ExpĂ©rience dans la gestion d\’équipes rĂ©gionales et le travail au sein d\’une organisation mondiale matricielle.
  • ExpĂ©rience avĂ©rĂ©e dans l\’obtention de rĂ©sultats grâce Ă  des partenariats stratĂ©giques.
