We’re looking for a Solutions Architect to join our Transformative Business Services (TBS) team. You’ll be part of a friendly and collaborative environment that focuses on meaningful outcomes and positive impact.
In this role, you’ll design innovative digital resourcing solutions that support our growth strategy and bring real value to our customers. You’ll work closely with colleagues across Resourcing Innovation, Growth Sales and the wider Sopra Steria Group, building strong relationships and helping to guide customers through their decision making. You’ll also play an important part in shaping the Digital Resourcing roadmap for TBS – contributing ideas, exploring innovative technologies and designing solutions that are efficient, fair and cost effective. This is a hybrid role with occasional travel to our London office.
What you'll be doing:
- Designing and overseeing the build of digital resourcing solutions that align to customer needs and our growth strategy.
- Leading the creation of customer proposals and supporting qualification and design of consulting solutions.
- Identifying opportunities for growth with new and existing customers.
- Ensuring quality and profitability of deliverables by applying the right governance, methodologies and processes.
- Influencing customer direction with suitable challenge and clear recommendations.
- Researching innovative ideas and contributing to development of the Digital Resourcing roadmap.
What you’ll bring:
- Expertise in Business Consulting within a digital, IT or resourcing transformation environment.
- Experience leading complex consulting projects and delivering impactful solutions.
- Proven ability to analyse complex problems and design effective solutions.
- Versatility to work across different industries, client cultures and project scopes.
- Experience developing service propositions and taking them to market.
- The ability to build trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent.
Location: This is a hybrid role with occasional travel to our London office.
Security Clearance Level: SC clearance.
Salary: Up to £70k per annum dependent upon experience and development needs.
Benefits: £5,400 car allowance, 25 days annual leave with the option to buy additional days, private medical, life assurance, and pension.
