Job Description
- Supporting procurement and project control activities across ESA programmes.
- Implementing and managing procurement actions, contracts and financial documentation in ESA systems.
- Monitoring workflows, approvals and procurement performance indicators.
- Maintaining procurement, geo-return and planning data, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Supporting contract management, milestone tracking and contract close-out activities.
- Producing reports, KPIs and financial analyses for programme management.
- Contributing to process optimisation and the implementation of new tools and procedures.
- Supporting manpower planning, budget monitoring and audit activities.
- Coordinating governance documentation and approval processes.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to support successful programme delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, Economics or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in project support, administration, procurement, finance or a similar role.
- Good organisational and analytical skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in an international and multicultural environment.
- Solution-oriented mindset with strong customer-focused communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
