Overview
In this role you will support the delivery of Messaging and IAM strategy for a flagship account within Sopra Steria’s Aerospace, Defence and Security sector. You will be a key escalation point and work on BAU tickets while contributing to high-profile European projects. The position combines on-site delivery with cross-functional collaboration to strengthen secure messaging and identity tooling. This is an exciting opportunity to shape messaging and IAM in a critical, security-focused environment.

Responsibilities
- Serve as a main technical escalation point
- Handle customer-focused BAU tickets in Messaging and IAM
- Collaborate with projects team on large-scale European-wide initiatives
Key requirements
- Strong experience with on-prem Exchange environments (2019 preferred)
- Experience managing patching schedules across Exchange with SU updates
- Understanding of E-Mail/Messaging AV and Spam protection (Cisco ESA or Fortimail a plus)
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory at Enterprise/Multi Forest scale
- Good understanding of Active Directory, Domain structure and Group Policies (AD, OU, GPO)
- Strong troubleshooting and investigation skills including root cause analysis
- Single Sign-on/PKI knowledge
- SC preferred
