Overview
In this role you will support messaging and IAM strategy and BAU activities for a flagship aerospace/defence account. You will serve as a technical escalation point and collaborate with project teams on European-wide initiatives. The role focuses on on-prem Exchange and AD environments, security controls, and IAM solutions in a SC-cleared context. You’ll work on high-profile projects and benefit from professional development and a flexible work setup.

Responsibilities
- Primary escalation point for technical issues
- Handle BAU tickets for Messaging and IAM
- Support projects including large-scale European-wide initiatives
Key requirements
- Strong experience with on-prem Exchange environments (2019 preferred)
- Experience patching Exchange with SU updates
- Understanding of email/AV and spam protection (Cisco ESA or Fortimail a plus)
- Microsoft Active Directory at Enterprise/Multi Forest scale
- Good understanding of AD structure, domain, OU, and GPO
- Strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis and problem resolution
- Single Sign-On/PKI knowledge
- SC clearance eligibility (sole British nationals)
