Sopra Steria in Durham is seeking a Customer Experience Team Manager to lead a busy contact centre and develop a high-performing team.

The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer outcomes while fostering engagement and governance across daily operations.

You will manage a 7-day service with shifts from 8am to 8pm on weekdays and 8am to 6pm on weekends, totaling 37.5 hours per week, with 1 in 5 weekends.
