Do you have excellent administration and customer service skills combined with a confident and outgoing personality? As the Resourcing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal support role to the Resourcing functions, working across all business areas to provide administrative support enabling our business to meet and deliver its business objectives through the effective sourcing, identification, and engagement of internal resources. Ensure all Resourcing Support is completed in an agreed format to a required standard. This is a hybrid variable role requiring some weekly office presence in our Newcastle Upon Tyne office.
Some of what you will be doing:
- Supporting the deployment of Resources onto new assignments.
- Carry out skills searches both in and out of sector.
- Work with the RBPs to monitor utilisation.
- Promote resource management policies and processes across the business.
- Maintenance of internal resourcing systems.
- Qualifying / Validating the details on Resource requests.
- Managing approval process for Resource requests.
- Management of extensions / terminations for contingent workforce.
- End-to-end responsibility of contingent worker conversion into the internal workforce.
- Build productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
What you’ll bring:
- Experience of working in an administration or coordination role.
- Confidence in using a variety of systems, platforms and using different tools to engage people.
- Strong customer service experience.
- Confident and creative communicator who is able to engage people at all levels of experience via email and phone/video.
- Excellent prioritisation and multitasking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong Excel user with the ability to manipulate data.
It would be great if you have:
- In-house/internal recruitment service delivery experience.
- Knowledge of HR administration procedures.
