Are you a proactive, adaptable, and detail-driven professional with a passion for people and process? We’re looking for an HR Coordinator to join our dynamic People Services team in Newcastle. This is your chance to make a real impact by delivering exceptional HR support across a wide range of activities.

This is a varied role where you will be involved with the planning of new joiner inductions and supporting key HR programmes and initiatives.

This is a hybrid role with 3 days per week based at our Newcastle office – Tuesday to Thursday.

What you\’ll be doing:

  • Providing administrative support to the People Services Team.
  • Programme support – support programmes as instructed to support all people services delivery.
  • Visa – coordinate and process visa applications and renewals for secondees and deputees to ensure compliance internally and externally.
  • Induction – People Service induction planning and delivery as agreed.
  • Process all People and Culture finances through purchase orders, invoice payments and adhoc payments where needed.
  • Prepare information and presentation packs for internal meetings where needed – Gatherounds, exec reports etc.
  • Assist with team events and training activities for People Services.
  • Deliver superb internal customer service, setting expectations and prioritizing workload.

What you’ll bring:

  • Strong administrative experience, confident using MS packages.
  • Experience using Microsoft Powerpoint to prepare presentations.
  • Experience of challenging and querying at differing levels within an organisation.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive material with tact and professionalism.
  • Resourceful and shows good judgement in resolving issues.
  • Enjoys working with people and making a difference.
