What you'll be doing:
- Conduct analysis of business problems, user needs, and improvement opportunities.
- Elicit, document, and guide business and user requirements.
- Support feasibility studies, options analysis, and argument development.
- Map and improve business processes and workflows.
- Collaborate with collaborators at all levels, including end users and senior decision-makers.
- Contribute to data analysis to support project insights and recommendations.
What you'll bring:
- Current MOD DV clearance (Developed Vetting) – required to start.
- Proven experience in defence, aerospace, or secure government environments.
- Experience in a consulting role (internal or external).
- Strong understanding of business analysis techniques and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
- Ability to communicate complex information simply and clearly.
- Excellent collaborator engagement skills, including at senior levels.
It would be great if you had:
- Qualifications such as BCS Foundation Certificate, BCS Diploma, or PRINCE2 Practitioner.
- Experience in writing or contributing to arguments.
- Familiarity with frameworks like P3M3 or TOGAF.
