In this role, you’ll act as the vital link between our sales teams and technical delivery specialists, helping customers understand the real value of Salesforce and Agentforce. You’ll bring their challenges to life through bespoke demos, tailored proof‑of‑concepts and thoughtful discovery sessions that uncover what really matters to them. What you'll be doing

  • Building and delivering tailored Salesforce and Agentforce demonstrations and proof‑of‑concepts that address customer needs and accelerate decision‑making.
  • Leading technical discovery and qualification activities to understand customer architectures, challenges and transformation objectives.
  • Engaging confidently with stakeholders at all levels – including C‑suite – through workshops, briefings and tender presentations.
  • Supporting the sales cycle with clear technical input, including risk identification, commercial considerations and solution recommendations.
  • Contributing to RFI/RFP responses by defining solution approaches, effort estimates and technical architectures.
  • Maintaining reusable demo assets and supporting knowledge‑sharing across the wider team.

What you’ll bring

  • Strong practical experience across key Salesforce Clouds, including Sales, Service and Experience, with hands‑on configuration capability (Flows, approvals, screen flows etc.).
  • Proven expertise in building and presenting impactful demos and POCs.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with confidence presenting to both technical and business audiences.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce product ecosystem, AppExchange solutions and common integration patterns.
  • Ability to work at pace across multiple opportunities and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Salesforce Core Certifications: Administrator, Platform App Builder, and either Sales or Service Cloud Consultant, plus Agentforce Specialist or equivalent Trailhead completion.

It would be great if you had

  • Working knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components and Visualforce for advanced demo scenarios.
  • Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tooling (e.g. MuleSoft, Boomi) and data migration patterns.
  • Experience in regulated sectors such as Central Government, Home Office, Financial Services or Healthcare.

Salary: Up to £100k base salary.
