Leading and delivering infrastructure projects across Microsoft Azure, identity management and core infrastructure technologies. Acting as a subject matter expert, providing technical guidance, evaluation and implementation support for new and existing solutions. Taking ownership of technical changes, ensuring effective planning, delivery, documentation and knowledge transfer to operational support teams. Managing and supporting Windows Server, Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory environments. Strong practical experience administering and supporting Microsoft Azure environments. Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory administration. Solid experience managing and supporting Windows Server infrastructure. Experience leading technical implementations, infrastructure upgrades and project delivery activities. Ability to produce high-quality technical documentation, support guides and infrastructure diagrams. Experience supporting cloud transformation or infrastructure modernisation initiatives.
