Implementation Senior Lead - P2P
The Implementation Senior Lead is responsible for implementation activity into new & existing clients, supporting Mergers & Reconfigurations, and training delivery. Senior Leads work through all phases of the project to onboard new clients. They also support existing organisations to ensure they maximise the value of NHS SBS services through process optimisation, best practice adoption, and high-quality training. This role combines client facing responsibilities with different areas of speciality, supporting both internal operations and external client delivery across multiple clients concurrently.
