Security Clearance Level: Active or eligibility for Security Check clearance and eligibility for Developed Vetting clearance. What you'll be doing: Assisting with the design, build, deployment and support of enterprise network solutions. Supporting operational requirements and responding to incidents within secure and mission-critical environments. Monitoring, maintaining and troubleshooting production network infrastructure including routing, switching, firewall and wireless technologies. Investigating complex service issues, recommending solutions and implementing approved changes following established processes. Handling support tickets and contributing to continual service improvement initiatives. Supporting the adoption of automation and infrastructure-as-code technologies including Ansible and Terraform. What you'll bring: A valid CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) or CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional) certification, or a willingness to achieve certification with our support. Hands-on experience with Cisco routers, switches, firewalls and wireless access points. Knowledge of Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol, Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol, Domain Name System, Access Control Lists and other network-enabling technologies. Experience working within an Information Technology Infrastructure Library environment. Eligibility to obtain Developed Vetting clearance. It would be great if you had: Experience with Cisco ISE (Identity Services Engine). Experience managing and troubleshooting firewalls and other security devices. Knowledge of SDN (Software-Defined Networking) technologies such as Cisco Application Centric Infrastructure or VMware NSX. Working understanding of cloud networking solutions and principles.
