This role is pivotal for the team covering both Messaging and IAM BAU activities as well as working on high-profile projects in the aerospace industry. This role is based on site at one of our regional hubs (Newport, Portsmouth or Stevenage) approximately 4 days per week. Working with projects team as required – Includes supporting upcoming unique, large scale, one of a kind, European-wide project. Understanding of E-Mail/Messaging AV and Spam protection (Cisco ESA or Fortimail a plus) Experience with Microsoft Active Directory at Enterprise/Multi Forest scale A good understanding of Active Directory, Domain structure and Group Policies (AD, OU, GPO) Strong troubleshooting and investigation skills including root cause analysis and effective problem resolution.
