Are you a seasoned Senior Business Analyst looking for a one-of-a-kind project? Sopra Steria's Aerospace Defence and Security sector is currently on the lookout for a Senior Business Analyst with a reasonable breadth of technical project knowledge to work on a secure mission critical defence project. This role would be hybrid, based out of our Hemel Hempstead office with occasional travel to client site and weekly working from home.
Due to the nature of the client and project, we are gathering sessions with multiple stakeholders to capture detailed business requirements. The role involves:
- Identifying inefficiencies in business processes and recommending improvements to enhance business solutions.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Expertise in advanced business analysis techniques, methodologies, and best practices.
- Eliciting, analysing, managing, and documenting business needs.
- High degree of proficiency in business methodologies such as agile and waterfall.
- Conducting a full range of business analysis activities, including business cases and process modelling.
