Our HR Consulting Team plays a vital role in this mission, partnering with HR Directors and Chief People Officers to transform workforce services and enhance organisational performance. This is your opportunity to lead and grow a dynamic HR Consulting Team, shaping methodologies, driving best practice, and influencing the future of HR across the NHS. You’ll have the chance to build your own team, lead sales and capability development, and oversee delivery of impactful transformation projects.
This role is hybrid, with a base location of London, Leeds or Manchester and some client travel.
What you'll be doing:
- Shape and deliver the consulting strategy as part of the Consulting Leadership Team, influencing direction and driving impact.
- Lead and develop the HR Consulting Team, fostering an inclusive culture and supporting professional growth.
- Drive business development and sales, including creating go-to-market plans, building strong client relationships, and leading successful bids.
- Oversee a diverse portfolio of HR consulting projects, ensuring high-quality delivery and measurable outcomes.
- Innovate and refine HR consulting propositions, methodologies, tools, and templates to set best practice standards.
- Collaborate across the organisation, championing transformation and ensuring alignment with client and business objectives.
What you’ll bring:
- Extensive consulting experience, ideally from a recognised Consulting firm, with a strong track record of delivering impactful projects in the Public Sector.
- Proven leadership in HR transformation, including designing innovative methodologies and successfully managing complex programmes.
- Strategic and commercial expertise, with experience in developing go-to-market plans and achieving significant consulting sales targets.
- Demonstrated success in business development, building trusted client relationships and driving growth.
- Ability to build and lead high-performing teams, fostering an inclusive and collaborative culture that supports professional development.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with experience working at executive and clinical levels within healthcare or NHS environments.
