Job Description
- Supporting schedule and risk management activities across ESA projects and programmes;
- Developing, maintaining and analysing project schedules, milestones and performance metrics;
- Monitoring project progress and identifying schedule risks, issues and mitigation actions;
- Preparing reports, dashboards and schedule performance analyses;
- Supporting project reviews, planning activities and stakeholder coordination;
- Maintaining scheduling tools, processes and documentation;
- Contributing to process improvements, training and best-practice implementation;
- Supporting project teams in delivering projects on schedule and in line with programme objectives.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration or a related field;
- At least 5 years of experience in project scheduling, planning, project control or a related discipline;
- Knowledge of project planning and scheduling tools;
- Strong analytical and organisational skills;
- Desire to work both autonomously and as part of a team, in an international multicultural environment;
- Solution-oriented mindset, with strong customer-focused communication skills;
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
