Sopra Steria's Aerospace, Defence and Security sector are currently recruiting for an experienced Messaging and IAM Engineer to support on the delivery of Messaging and IAM strategy for a flagship account within the business. This role is pivotal for the team covering both Messaging and IAM BAU activities as well as working on high-profile projects in the aerospace industry. This role is based on site at one of our regional hubs (Newport, Portsmouth or Stevenage) approximately 4 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working with projects team as required – Includes supporting upcoming unique, large scale, one of a kind, European-wide project.
- Understanding of E-Mail/Messaging AV and Spam protection (Cisco ESA or Fortimail a plus).
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory at Enterprise/Multi Forest scale.
- A good understanding of Active Directory, Domain structure and Group Policies (AD, OU, GPO).
- Strong troubleshooting and investigation skills including root cause analysis and effective problem resolution.
