We're looking for DV Cleared Infrastructure Engineers to join an exciting new programme supporting highly secure, mission-critical systems. You'll join a close-knit team operating at the heart of a secure environment, helping to maintain, support, and continuously improve critical infrastructure. Working onsite in Portsmouth, you'll be surrounded by talented colleagues who genuinely collaborate, share knowledge, and take pride in delivering high-quality outcomes within a fast-paced and rewarding environment. As part of a 24/7 support team, you'll help ensure the stability, availability, and performance of business-critical applications and infrastructure while contributing to service improvements, project work, testing activities, and operational development. Training & Location For your first six months, you'll complete a structured training programme based in Hemel Hempstead, attending the office 1-2 days per week and working remotely for the remainder. Once training is complete, you'll transition permanently to our Portsmouth site, where the role is fully onsite. Supporting and managing core IT infrastructure , including networks, servers, storage and operating systems. Managing incidents, problems, requests and changes in a structured, ITIL‑aligned environment. Investigating and resolving technical issues and contributing to root‑cause analysis. Monitoring live services to ensure consistent performance against agreed service levels. Contributing to infrastructure improvements, project activity, testing and release support. Producing and maintaining clear technical documentation to support day‑to‑day operations. Experience in infrastructure support, system administration or a similar technical operations role. Awareness of ITIL‑based service management processes. Experience supporting technology in structured, process‑driven environments. DV Cleared Referral Bonus: 1500 Clearance: DV Cleared.
