Project Manager in Gloucester

Are you a Project Manager who enjoys working across a broad technology landscape and delivering complex projects in secure, fast-paced environments?

If you’re confident managing multiple technical workstreams and thrive when working closely with engineers and stakeholders, this could be the role for you.

This is a full-time onsite role based in the Gloucester area, and you must hold active Enhanced Developed Vetting (e DV) clearance to be considered.

What you'll be doing

• Managing the end-to-end delivery of multiple technology projects simultaneously.
• Building and maintaining project plans, risk, assurance, issues and dependencies logs, governance documentation and stakeholder communications.
• Working closely with technical teams across infrastructure, cloud, networking, security and application environments.
• Managing project budgets, timelines, risks, dependencies and resource allocation.
• Facilitating project governance and reporting to senior stakeholders and customers.
• Driving delivery within Agile, Waterfall and hybrid environments while using Jira to track progress and support reporting.

What you’ll bring

• Active Enhanced Developed Vetting clearance, required throughout your time in the role.
• Proven experience delivering complex technical projects across multiple domains.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, governance and delivery methodologies.
• Experience working within Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery environments, alongside strong Jira experience.
• Ability to influence and lead teams without direct line management responsibility, alongside strong commercial awareness.

It would be great if you had

• Experience delivering within managed services, technology services or complex enterprise environments.
• Exposure to Azure, AWS, VMware, Cisco, Citrix or desktop technologies.

Security Clearance Level: Active Enhanced Developed Vetting (e DV).
