Start Your Cyber Security Career Protecting What Matters. Looking to break into Cyber Security and gain hands-on experience in a live Security Operations Centre? We're growing our 24/7 SOC team and are looking for a Junior SOC Analyst to help defend critical systems against emerging cyber threats. This is an outstanding opportunity to launch your cyber career within a highly skilled team, working in a secure environment where you'll learn from experienced professionals and develop sought-after security skills.

Office based: Farnborough (On-site) | DV Clearance Required/Eligible.

Shift Pattern

To provide 24/7/365 cyber defence, you'll work:

  • 2 x 12-hour day shifts (06:00 – 18:00)
  • 2 x 12-hour night shifts (18:00 – 06:00)
  • 4 days off

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Monitor and support cyber security activities across customer environments.
  • Help identify, investigate and mitigate cyber risks and security incidents.
  • Support the implementation of security controls and best practices.
  • Record, track and report security findings and recommendations.
  • Contribute to risk management and compliance activities.
  • Keep up to date with emerging cyber threats and industry trends.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • A willingness to learn and develop in cyber security.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a structured operational environment.

Desirable

  • Understanding of Information Security principles.
  • Experience in Data Protection, Risk Management or Audit.
  • Previous administrative, technical or operational experience.
