We're growing our 24/7 SOC team and are looking for a Junior SOC Analyst to help defend critical systems against emerging cyber threats. This is an outstanding opportunity to launch your cyber career within a highly skilled team, working in a secure environment where you'll learn from experienced professionals and develop sought-after security skills.
Office based: Farnborough (On-site) | DV Clearance Required/Eligible.
Shift Pattern
To provide 24/7/365 cyber defence, you'll work:
- 2 x 12-hour day shifts (06:00 – 18:00)
- 2 x 12-hour night shifts (18:00 – 06:00)
- 4 days off
What You'll Be Doing:
- Monitor and support cyber security activities across customer environments.
- Help identify, investigate and mitigate cyber risks and security incidents.
- Support the implementation of security controls and best practices.
- Record, track and report security findings and recommendations.
- Contribute to risk management and compliance activities.
- Keep up to date with emerging cyber threats and industry trends.
What You'll Bring:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- A willingness to learn and develop in cyber security.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a structured operational environment.

- Understanding of Information Security principles.
