Do you enjoy shaping digital solutions that make a real difference for customers, and are you looking for a role where you can influence strategy and help create the next generation of resourcing services? We are looking for a Solutions Architect to join our Transformative Business Services (TBS) team. In this role, you will design innovative digital resourcing solutions that support our growth strategy and bring real value to our customers.

You will work closely with colleagues across Resourcing Innovation, Growth Sales and the wider Sopra Steria Group, building strong relationships and helping to guide customers through their decision making. You will also play an important part in shaping the Digital Resourcing roadmap for TBS contributing ideas, exploring innovative technologies and designing solutions that are efficient, fair and cost effective. This is a hybrid role with occasional travel to our London office.

  • Designing and overseeing the build of digital resourcing solutions that align to customer needs and our growth strategy.
  • Identifying opportunities for growth with new and existing customers.
  • Ensuring quality and profitability of deliverables by applying the right governance, methodologies and processes.
  • Researching innovative ideas and contributing to development of the Digital Resourcing roadmap.
  • Expertise in Business Consulting within a digital, IT or resourcing transformation environment.
  • Experience leading complex consulting projects and delivering impactful solutions.
  • Versatility to work across different industries, client cultures and project scopes.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Clear communication skills that help influence collaborators.
  • Proficiency in project management techniques.

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent. Location: This is a hybrid role with occasional travel to our London office. Security Clearance Level: SC clearance.
