Sopra Steria UK is recruiting a Strategic Control Room Operator to join our Information Centre at the heart of managing incidents on the National Highways SRN. The role is based in Birmingham and operates on a 6 days on/4 days off pattern within a 24/7 service, with a salary of £26,000 plus a 15% shift allowance.
You will receive information from multiple sources, assess details, create and manage NTIS events, and assist with setting VMS across the SRN while monitoring traffic data.
