This role is hybrid, with weekly travel to our London office (average 3 days per week).

What you'll be doing:

• Lead and manage end-to-end bid activities across multiple opportunities.
• Coordinate diverse teams to deliver high-quality, compliant, and compelling bid submissions.
• Drive bid governance, planning, and execution to meet challenging deadlines.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders across Sopra Steria, partner organisations, and suppliers.
• Support the development of winning strategies and customer-focused solutions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of bid excellence and best practice.

What you’ll bring:

• Demonstrable Bid Management experience, working across all stages of the entire bid process with a successful record of accomplishment, winning bids in a competitive market.
• Highly competent in use of MS Office tools.
• Experienced user of project planning software e.g. MS Project.
• Demonstrate a sales orientation with an understanding of bid management best practice.

It would be great if you had:

• Member of Bid Management professional body e.g. Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP).
• Experience of Shipley bid management best practice.
• Knowledge of the Public and Private Sector market.
