Are you a PMO looking for a new challenge?
We are seeking PMO professionals to support our critical, mission focused programmes – you will play a key role in maintaining project governance, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting, and driving delivery excellence. From managing documentation and risks to supporting stakeholder communications, you will help our teams stay focused and effective in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
Due to the nature of the environments we operate in, active Security Clearance (SC) is required. This is a hybrid role – based out of Salisbury and the opportunity to work from home, occasional travel to sites across the South of England will be necessary.

What you will be doing:
Responsibilities
- Collect, analyse, and present project data tailored to different stakeholder needs.
- Maintain and update project documentation, including RAID logs and governance artefacts.
- Track project progress and highlight risks or issues proactively.
- Prepare and deliver clear, concise reports and dashboards for various audiences.
- Support effective communication between project teams and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with teams to identify improvements and help drive project delivery excellence.
Qualifications
What you will bring:
- Knowledge of PMO frameworks and governance, ensuring consistent delivery standards and compliance across programmes and projects.
- Proficient in applying critical PMO tools and techniques to support planning, tracking, and decision-making.
- Experienced in producing and managing reports, including dashboards and executive-level reporting to drive informed decision-making.
- Skilled in RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) management, maintaining accurate logs and ensuring timely mitigation actions.
- Demonstrates alignment with core PMO values and delivery principles, driving collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
- Working knowledge of resource scheduling and financial processes, including managing POs and tracking timesheets to support effective cost control.
Nice to have
It would be great if you have:
- Experience setting up and managing a PMO function.
- An active Developed Vetting (DV) clearance.
- Strong skills in project planning and scheduling.
